THE DAY BUNNY BLANKEY ATTACKED!!!

It all started on a peaceful January afternoon. Hero Sophie was just chillin' and keepin' it real like she do. Hero Sophie typically prefers just to lie on her back and catch some rays of natural light that come in from her bedroom window. (Always been a fan of vitamin D, or so she tells me.)

During her daily de-jaundicing treatments, she initially finds herself completely unaware of the fact that her arch-nemesis, Bunny Blankey, was inching his wicked way toward her. However, the always-perceptive Sophie notices the oh-so-slight-slither of Bunny Blankey, and quickly grabs him by the caboose.

Bunny Blankey is a wiley sort of villain though, and is not easily defeated. Mustering all his evil powers, he lunges toward our hero cutting off her precious oxygen supply. However, the resourceful Sophie manages to free her nostrils for minimal breathability.

By now, the epic struggle has been going on for most of the day and Hero Sophie is losing heart. Having now o'ertaken Hero Sophie's face, it would seem that her demise is eminant (what with having her visage completely ensconsed by the pink fury that is Bunny Blankey.)

(Let's all take a moment of silence for our fallen hero.) (Thank you.)

Oh wait...look in the sky. It's a bird, it's a plane. No...it's Dangerous Daddy! (cue the trumpets.) Dangerous Daddy summons his eagle powers and snatches the conniving Bunny Blankey. He rares back and...and...KAPOWW!!! BLAMO!!! BIFF!!! KACHOW!!! He brings on the pain for reals!
And with that, Hero Sophie has been saved to live, breathe and fight another day. Winners and still World Champions, Hero Sophie and Dangerous Daddy!!!

Until next time...

Thank you, Dangerous Daddy, for saving Hero Sophie. You are our hero!

What a great entry. Again, this blog has brought smiles, laughs and enjoyment to those far away. It was a great treat late on Saturday night.

Love the orange hat!

Who's cheeks are rosier, Daddy's or Sophie's?

I am sitting on the edge of my "Bar-ca-lounger" waiting for the next thrilling episode of D. D. and H. S.
Will Hero Sophie foil the fiendish plot of Tumble Monkey next? Will Danger Daddy outwit the seemingly innocent Little Lammy?
I can't wait till next week!
